Using Royal Mail's Postcode Address File (PAF®) database, PostCoder Lite can help eliminate
errors before the address goes on to your database, ensuring your orders and invoices go to
the right place.
Impress telephone enquirers with fast, correct, address collection over the phone. No more
asking your customers to spell out their address. PostCoder Lite will bring back a complete address
from just the Postcode and house number or name, allowing you to quickly process telephone orders.
Pay only for the PAF® data you require. Whether your customer base is nationwide or regional,
PostCoder Lite can be tailored to suit. PostCoder Lite Local gives you all the functions of
PostCoder Lite but at a lower cost, in units of four Postcode areas. A single unit PostCoder
Lite Local might include the CB, IP, NR and PE Postcode areas, for example, covering a large
part of East Anglia. Use Postcode Area Locator to find the most
suitable Postcode areas for you.
Full range of data options from basic address information to geographic data and local
authority information, meaning additional information, such as OS grid references, can
be collected along with the address if required.
Send addresses into your own database with a single click using our Send feature, which can be
tailored to match your own customer database or a range of applications.
NHS and Primary Care Trust information optionally available for each Postcode.
Technical Support and at least annual updates of PAF® data are included. Customer Service is at the end of a telephone line with no automated answer machine service. All of our products have been quality tested and checked by us.

PostCoder Lite and PostCoder Lite Local contain Thoroughfare level PAF® data i.e. address information from street to postcode. PostCoder Pro and PostCoder Pro Local additionally contain premise information (property numbers, property names and organisation names).
PAF® is the Royal Mail Postcode Address File of 27 million UK addresses.
For more frequent updates (monthly or quarterly) add £75 per update.
Per User charges are payable for each PC that can access the data up to 26 users, after which a System Charge would apply and usage is unlimited around a single set of data for one application for an organisation.
Multi-System Licences are priced at three times the system licence and allow unlimited usage at multiple sites within a single organisation. Please call to discuss.
Royal Mail is currently reviewing the licencing with a view to introducing a banded pricing scheme for 1st September 2009.
The pricing above is valid from 1st September 2007 to 1st September 2008. Any licences purchased or renewed during this period will be valid for 12 months only.
VAT at the standard rate should be added to all prices.
Delivery by Royal Mail's First Class Post is included in the price.

Postcoder API Compact - Integrate it PostCoder API Compact allows
Rapid Addressing to be embedded within your applications and on your website. It includes an 11Mb
Thoroughfare Level PAF® database.
PostCoder Rapid - Lookup from Postcode only Our lowest cost full UK product,
PostCoder Rapid is fast, effective and easy to use. Retrieve street level addresses from a Postcode
and manually input a Premise and name. The send feature allows direct transfer into other applications.
